OML 61 is one of four blocks that make up the JV between Oando and NNPC E&P Limited (NEPL). The others are OML 60, 62 and 63. It is a large 'Y-shaped' block in the central Niger Delta and is the largest producer in the JV. Twenty-one fields have been discovered, with most clustered in the block's northeast. There are five flowstations on OML 61 (Ebocha, Idu, Irri/Isoko, Obiafu-Obrikom and Oshi) with processing capacities ranging from 40,000 b/d to 120,000 b/d.Oil production ...
