Peon is a gas field located in the Norwegian Northern North Sea, around 60 kilometres north west of Gjøa and 30 kilometres north east of Knarr. It is the first shallow gas reservoir evaluated for a standalone field development on the Norwegian Continental Shelf. The field was discovered in 2005 and has since been successfully appraised and tested. We assume that development concept will likely comprise of an unmanned SPAR platform, ten wells with associated subsea infrastructure and a new-build pipeline to the onshore Kollsnes plant.
