Perenco is to acquire Petrobras' stake in 11 onshore blocks in Colombia for US$380 million. The deal also includes Petrobras' interest in the Oleoducto de Colombia (ODC) and Oleoducto Alta Magdalena (OAM) pipelines. Eight of the blocks are currently producing; the others are exploration.
