The Rembo Kotto and Assewe fields are located onshore Gabon. Only Rembo Kotto has been developed. Elf initially brought it onstream in 1961 but the field was shut in in 1967. Perenco subsequently gained operatorship and brought it back onstream in 2000. The field is nearing its end of life - we expect it to be depleted around the middle of the decade.
