Siba
Report summary
The Siba field is located in the province of Basra in southern Iraq. The field lies to the west of the Shatt al Arab River and the Iranian border, while Iraq's Gulf coast and the Kuwaiti border are a short distance to the south. It was discovered in the 1960s and stands out for being the only non-associated gas discovery within an area that is dominated by giant oil fields.
