Sistema is selling its 49% stake in Russneft, in a deal which sees Russneft's founder and director Mikhail Gutseriev re-establish control over the company. Mikahil Gutseriev already holds 49% of Russneft, and now two companies owned by Gutseriev associates will pick up 24% and 25% stakes.
