The Songo Songo field is located on Songo Songo island, off the coast of southern Tanzania. Orca Energy operates the project which supplies gas to two distinct markets. 'Protected Gas' is owned by the Tanzania Petroleum Development Corporation (TPDC) and supplies the Songas gas-to-power project.
