The Temsah development lies adjacent to Eni's Port Fouad development in the Mediterranean. Eni was awarded the licence in 1991 and made its first discovery in 1995 with the Denise-1 well. Twelve fields containing over 4 tcf of gas have since been discovered on the block.The operator was awarded a development licence in 1996. In 1998, a Gas Sales Agreement was reached with a Daily Contracted Quantity (DCQ) of 480 mmcfd from 2002.Production was at 75% of the DCQ until the Temsah platform ...
