We value the upstream assets at US$676 million (£439 million) (NPV10, discounted to 1 January 2015). Although our valuation is lower than the purchase price, this excludes the value apportioned to the Shetland Gas Plant. We estimate that the 20% stake in the plant could be worth around US$198 million (£128 million) on a standalone basis.
