Apache announces exciting new well results around the Alpine High discovery. Our North America Well Analysis Tool shows cumulative production from the best wells in the area tracking at an impressive rate, and we have lowered our breakeven estimate of the acreage by $0.50/mcf in response to the success. Apache plans to spend two-thirds of its 2017 Capex in the Permian and building out Alpine High midstream infrastructure.
