Asset Report
Wisting
Report summary
The Wisting Area consists of two discoveries: Wisting and Hanssen. They are two of the most northerly discovery in Norway's Barents Sea. The project was postponed in late 2022 due to rising costs and concerns that it would struggle to be delivered on time and on budget. We have delayed a potential final investment decision (FID) until late 2026 in line with operator guidance. We assume only Wisting could be developed using a circular-shaped FPSO concept and 36 subsea wells.
