This block allows a form to be displayed in full on a page as opposed to being restricted to opening from a CTA link or being displayed in a hero.

The block requires the form to be built within it - it's not possible to use this to house an existing form.

Fields

  • Form Title - Not used for this block.
  • Information - A space for copy, such as instructions or explanatory text.
  • Show a summary confirmation message after submission - Enables showing a confirmation message before the form is submitted.
  • Confirmation message - The message that will show before the form is submitted.
  • Heading - Not used for this block.
  • Footer - Not used for this block.
  • Display Page After Submission - You can choose a page that the user will be sent to after submitting the form from the site structure pane (i.e. a thank you page). Choosing a page for this field will disable the 'Display message after form submission' option (see below).
  • Display message after form submission - If no page has been selected for a user to be taken to after completing the form, the message entered into this field will display instead after submission.
  • Allow anonymous submissions - Allows users to submit anonymously (e.g. for feedback).
  • Allow multiple submissions from the same IP/cookie
  • - Allows users to submit a form more than once. You may want this box to be checked for something like a contact form, where users may need to use the form more than once. Alternatively, a form where this box is unchecked may be used for a competition where a user can only submit an entry once.
  • Show navigation bar if the form has multiple steps - shows a navigation bar if the form has been set up with multiple steps. It may be worth checking this box for any forms set up this way to improve the user experience.
  • Allow access to form data through the service API - enable or disable this checkbox depending on any internal set up requirements.
  • Enable ReCAPTCHA - this checkbox should always be checked as a spam prevention measure.
  • Form elements - This is where the form can be built in the same way as you would build a standard form.
  • Colour Theme - Not used for this block.
  • Light form styling - Not used for this block.
  • Remove form header - Not used for this block.
  • Use Half Width Text Fields - If this is enabled, the text fields become half width.
  • Use Sticky Form - If this is enabled, the form becomes sticky as the user scrolls.
  • Form Open on Load - If this is enabled, the form will open on load. This should only be used on article pages.
  • Recaptcha Colour Theme - Choose between light and dark. Dark is enabled for the example above.
