      • Nicholas joined Wood Mackenzie in 2007 as a consultant in London. Based in Singapore since 2012, he leads two Wood Mackenzie Asia research teams: Gas & LNG, and Power & Renewables. The teams provides commercial analysis on LNG, gas, renewable and electricity markets, pricing and trends across Asia. He also leads Wood Mackenzie’s global LNG Corporate research. An energy markets and LNG specialist, he has advised on several major international infrastructure transactions and project financing engagements. He also completed projects across the gas value chain such as on gas monetization options, transport economics and market entry strategies. Nicholas joined Wood Mackenzie from Total, where he worked on their gas & power trading floor, in addition to gas sales and marketing. Nicholas holds a B.A. from Trinity College Dublin, an M.Sc. from the London School of Economics and an MBA from INSEAD.

      • Thanasis is based in Seoul since May 2016. He has around 12 years experience in LNG/gas and power. Since joining Wood Mackenzie he has been involved in LNG/gas markets, infrastructure economics, strategy and contract negotiation projects for NOCs, trading houses and major. Notable projects that he has been responsible for were LNG trading and hubs work for Tokyo Gas, Hanyang, PERTAMINA, Rasgas and LNG procurement advisory for KOGAS, TOTAL, JERA, GS, SK, and POSCO Energy amongst others. He has also been the lead instructor for LNG focused training in the annually organised PETRONAS Natural Gas Course in 3 separate occasions. Before Wood Mackenzie, Thanasis spent 7 years in a variety of international roles within ExxonMobil Gas and Power. This period included a 4 year secondment in Qatar where he was part of the LNG sales team for RasGas LNG, responsible for marketing more than 35 mmtpa of LNG. His experience covers analytical, supply chain and commercial negotiations aspects of the LNG/gas and power business. Thanasis holds an MBA from Cardiff University, UK and a BSc in Economics (First) from the University of Piraeus, Greece. In addition, he is an alumnus of London Business School. He is a fluent Greek and Spanish speaker, has basic knowledge of Portuguese and French, and he is currently learning Korean.
