We have released a report from our North American Refinery Intelligence Service, which analysed infrared monitoring across 12 key processing units at the facility, covering 92% of U.S. PADD 3 refining capacity.
Using aerial imagery captured within 24 hours of the incident alongside detailed operational analysis, the report assesses the scale of the disruption. Key findings include damage to the diesel hydrotreater, impacts on surrounding infrastructure, and the operational status of major units across the site.
With existing geopolitical pressures already tightening global energy markets, this outage adds further uncertainty to refined product supply.
