
Greig is responsible for market tracking and ensuring data quality in Wood Mackenzie’s Lens Hydrogen platform. In addition, he monitors global hydrogen policies and investments, as well as tracking developments in the electrolyser manufacturing sector.
Greig joined Wood Mackenzie as a student researcher while he completed his university studies, before joining full-time in the summer of 2023. He was first exposed to the hydrogen sector during his internship as an energy economist at Mott Macdonald, during which he contributed to LCOH modelling and worked on a range of international renewable energy consulting jobs, with clients based in India, Guyana and Paraguay. Greig also completed an internship with a boutique geothermal consultancy, where he led a project to identify suitable facilities for the installation of ground source heating and cooling solutions in the Scottish Highlands.
