Isabel is a leader in the supply chain consulting practice; she brings her experience in providing supply chain advisory and execution services to power & renewable clients together with deep knowledge across a variety of supply chain areas such as cost optimization, strategic sourcing and category management, and supply chain risk management.
Isabel has worked with many leading utilities on transforming their supply chain teams from tactical buying organizations to strategic partners to the business. She has led cross-enterprise teams to execute over 300+ unique RFx, negotiation, and other cost savings initiatives that have resulted in $B of cost savings to her clients. He expertise spans diverse categories of spend, including electric and gas T&D, corporate and IT areas.
Isabel also has considerable knowledge of advising on risk management strategies for utility supply chain organizations. She leads the delivery of Wood Mackenzie’s monthly supply chain market briefing to multiple customers and has contributed to thought leadership and development for Wood Mackenzie supply chain’s ESG and risk solutions.
