Milagros joined Wood Mackenzie in early 2021 and is based in our Lima office in Peru. She is an experienced metallurgical engineer (pyro/hydro/electro) with 20 years of working experience, having worked in technical senior positions at several smelters and refineries, including Cajamarquilla (zinc) and Thompson (nickel).
Her extensive experience also includes, operations supervisor at Poderosa gold mine in Peru and most recently providing training services to improve asset operating effectiveness and efficiency.
