Stephen is a senior analyst working as part of the Carbon Research team at Wood Mackenzie. His primary focus is on carbon policy, taking a data-driven approach to help clients navigate the energy transition with insights into global policy, regulations and emissions reporting frameworks.
Stephen joined Wood Mackenzie from the Wall Street Journal, where he worked as an analyst focussing on sustainability issues in the energy, utilities and commodities sectors. He previously had stints as a senior economist for FocusEconomics and a commodity risk manager at both the London Metals Exchange and for Koch Supply and Trading.
