Spot paraxylene prices in Asia have been trading narrowly, reflecting the upstream uncertainty. October ACP nominations made levels similar to September. Hanwa Total announced new PX capacity coming onstream after debottlenecking in 2017 while Reliance is in start-up mode for its new PX plant in Jamnagar.
