Report summary

Karya Putra Borneo (KPB) mine is IUP concession located in Kutai Kartanegara regency of East Kalimantan. The mine was a 50:40:10 venture between Mercator (through its fully owned subsidiary Oorja), United Coal and a private investor before United Coal went into bankruptcy and as of March, 2016, the 40 percent stake was with curators.
