Report summary

Line Creek is a metallurgical coal mine in southeastern British Columbia, Canada that is operated by Teck Coal. It is part of the larger Elk Valley mine complex. The mine produces low- to medium- volatile bituminous coking coal that typically heads to Westshore Terminals in Vancouver for export to international steelmaking customers. The mine and processing plant has a capacity of 4 Mt a year with 71 Mt of clean coal reserves.
