The Pakar North mine is a low-rank coal operation located in East Kalimantan, owned by a 100% subsidiary of Bayan Resources. The Pakar North concessions are located alongside the Belayan River in Tabang, East Kalimantan. The mine is comprised of three IUP concessions: Tiwa Abadi (producing), Tanur Jaya (exploration and appraisal), and Dermaga Energi (exploration and appraisal). Company is expanding transport infrastructure at the Tabang project to achieve a targeted production of 60 million tonnes by 2026 from a larger Tabang/Pakar North integrated coal complex.
