APAC Energy Buzz: Making CCUS work in Asia Pacific
This report is currently unavailable
Report summary
The carbon capture, utilisation and storage (CCUS) sector may be red hot, but the global distribution of projects is uneven. Today, North America accounts for over two thirds of CCUS projects while Europe is growing its capacity rapidly. Across Asia Pacific it is a different story. Most governments have been slow to develop policy support for CCUS and very few projects are operational. Given the region’s huge challenge to reduce emissions, how can CCUS be made to work in Asia Pacific?
