Report summary
Our LCOH modelling has been enhanced to better capture differences in how regional markets are evolving. Following our European LCOH report with our 2022 to 2050 outlook on LCOH in the United States, we have expanded market and technology coverage. Other regional reports will follow. The coverage for the US has expanded from country-level to state-level data for all 48 continental states. Our state-level analysis takes the $3/kg Production Tax Credit (PTC) and increased 45Q credit for carbon sequestration into account. Additional enhancements to the modelling have focused on the Total Installed Cost which includes all expected project costs, including construction and EPC costs.
