On 4 November, the National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC) released a revised draft of the Catalogue of Central Government Pricing for public consultation. The document lists commodities that are subject to central government-set pricing controls. Natural gas city-gate prices have been removed from the draft catalogue. However, remarks attached to the draft keep the current pricing regime unchanged for now.
