Report summary
The Rossukon oil field lies in the shallow waters of the Gulf of Thailand on Block G6/48. In November 2015, Kris Energy, received approval from the Department of Mineral Fuels (DMF) for the Production Area Application (PAA) for the area containing the Rossukon discovery. The field was developed using mobile offshore production unit (MOPU) tied to a leased floating storage offloading (FSO) unit. The field contains over 12 mmbbl of oil reserves.
