How much pipeline gas can Russia export to Europe?

In 2017 Russia exported more than 190 bcm of gas to Europe, an all time record, supported by strong gas demand, indigenous production and a tight global LNG market. And with exports poised to reach 200 bcm this year, existing pipeline capacity is emerging as a constraint. How much can Russia possibly export through existing pipeline routes? And how will Nord Stream 2 and TurkStream improve Russia’s export capacity once on line?
