North America gas markets small-scale liquefaction capacity update Q3 2015
This report is currently unavailable
Report summary
Since the Q2 update, only UGI's expansion is completed, doubling its peaking capacity to 120,000 LNG gallons/day. However, we expect a busy Q4, particularly after the Congress passed Highway Trust Fund legislation in late July. In line with Wood Mackenzie's expectations, a new provision was included that will lower tax on LNG as a fuel by more than 14 cents/gallon starting January 1st, 2016.
