On 17th June 2015, PetroVietnam has successfully completed its acquisition of Chevron's upstream interest in Block B, Block 48&95 and Block 52/97 in South West Vietnam. Estimated to contain 4 tcf of gas and 16 million barrels of condensate, these fields represent one of the largest undeveloped gas resources in Vietnam.
