The gas supply pipeline network consists of gas hubs on each of the blocks. These hubs either supply the Angola LNG plant directly or route to a gas hub situated on Block 2.The plant was to initially rely on gas from the deepwater Lower Congo Basin Blocks 14, 15, 17 and 18 and from Chevron's Cabinda Area.
