Indonesia proposed LNG Regas projects
Report summary
A number of companies are eyeing new regasification terminals in Indonesia, particularly in West Java. This is driven by the declining piped gas supply and IPP-related regas projects, where dedicated regas terminals will be required to supply the power plants. Additionally, several small-scale regas terminals are being planned in North Bali and Central Indonesia, covering Kalimantan, Sulawesi and Nusa Tenggara, to replace diesel in power generation.
