Mizushima - LNG regas terminal
Report summary
The Mizushima LNG regas terminal was inaugurated 16 January 2006 with the arrival of its first commissioning cargo from the North West Shelf project in Australia. Following a three month commissioning period, full commercial operations commenced in April 2006. The terminal is located in Kurashiki City, Okayama Prefecture. The terminal was a brownfield development, constructed on the site of an existing refinery. Capacity was expanded at the terminal in April 2011.
