The NLNG plant is supplied with feedgas from five major pipelines known as the gas transmission system (GTS).GTS-1 is an onshore pipeline extending 149 kilometres from the Agip JV's Obiafu-Obrikom gas plant to NLNG, terminating in a 150 m3 slugcatcher. Its maximum capacity is 1,250 mmcfd. A 40 kilometres long, 600 mmcfd branch line connects the Shell JV's Soku field to GTS-1 at Rumuji.
