Northeast Asia’s seven largest LNG buyers are CNPC, CNOOC, Sinopec, KOGAS, CPC, JERA and Tokyo Gas. Collectively, they account for close to 70% of total Asian demand. We forecast that their uncontracted demand will reach over 80 mmtpa by 2030 In this LNG Corporate Service pack, we assess these individual companies including their recent contracting activity, individual supply-demand balances and their expected procurement strategy to close their uncontracted gap.
