Woodside Louisiana LNG is a planned, four-phase 27.5 mmtpa greenfield LNG development located in southwest Louisiana. The project site occupies an area of roughly 1,000 acres on the west bank of the Calcasieu River, two miles north of Cameron LNG and opposite the Lake Charles regas terminal. Shipping access is via the Calcasieu Ship Channel, which extends 36 miles (56 kilometers) from the Port of Lake Charles into the Gulf of Mexico. Woodside acquired the original project developer, Tellurian, and its then Driftwood LNG project in Q4 2024.
