Casino gold mine project
Report summary
In October 2020, Western Copper released a new Mineral Resource statement for the Casino project, a new PEA based on those Mineral Resources was released in 2021 with a feasibility study to follow. A previous feasibility study was completed in 2013. Considering the scale of this project and the required infrastructure development, Wood Mackenzie conservatively assumes first gold dore production in 2027 and first copper concentrate production in 2030.
