Report summary

The Chanderiya ISF smelter was commissioned in late 1991 to treat zinc and lead concentrates from the Rampura Agucha Mine. Capacity at commissioning was 70kt/a zinc and 35kt/a lead. The complex also includes a lead refinery a precious metals refinery bismuth and mercury plants and a plant to produce copper cathode from copper dross arising from lead refining.
