Report summary
East Hope was formed in 1982. The company owns and runs bauxite and alumina operations in China and also owns and operates two aluminium smelters in Inner Mongolia and one in Xinjiang autonomous region. Over the years, the company extended their involvement into heavy industry, power, non-ferrous metals, chemicals, petrochemicals, mining and building materials. East Hope owns and runs two alumina refineries, one in Henan province and one in Shanxi province, the latter with a dedicated bauxite mine.
