Huaxing alumina refinery

The economic development of Xing county has lagged behind much of China, with poor transport infrastructure. The area was once a ‘revolution base' but by 2007, Xing was classified as a ‘State-Class Poor County'. We expect that effective capacity will be nearer 1Mt/a. The refinery has captive bauxite mines. Wood Mackenzie’s asset reports are built from the bottom up, incorporating a number of granular data metrics to ultimately produce our industry standard cash operating costs.
