Huntly bauxite mine

Huntly is one of the largest bauxite mines in the world, averaging around 25Mtpa. The mine supplies AWAC's Pinjarra, Kwinana and Wagerup alumina refineries. It is understood that bauxite resources at current mining rates will last to 2070, however the mining lease expires in 2045. The mine is low cost, with weighted average cash costs in the lowest decile of the cost curve. This report contains a detailed asset note giving you a holistic view of the asset, including an operational overview through to a timeline of events from inception to now.
