Report summary
The Jundee mine is located in the northern Yandal greenstone belt, 45 kilometres northeast of Wiluna, Western Australia. The mine adjoins what was formerly Eagle Mining's Nimary operation, and the two operations were consolidated in 1997. Jundee was acquired by Northern Star in 2014. Jundee is currently an underground operation, mining narrow, high-grade, mineralised zones by open stoping. Ore is processed in a 3Mtpa capacity, carbon-in-leach/carbon-in-pulp plant.
