Report summary
The Makwa Property comprises two past producing nickel mines and a number of mineralized zones. From 1969 to 1973, Makwa Nickel Chrome Mines Limited (Makwa Nickel) and Consolidated Canadian Faraday Limited mined the Dumbarton Deposit and F-Zone from the Dumbarton portal. They mined 1.54Mt averaging 0.81% Ni and 0.30% Cu from underground, to a vertical depth of approximately 183 m, to produce 11.3kt of nickel.
