Miami In-Situ SxEw copper mine

The Miami in-situ leach unit was part of BHP Billiton's Pinto Valley operations which was placed on care and maintenance in January 2009. Minor amounts of cathode continued to be produced from residual leaching, which in 2011 amounted to 4.2kt for the combined Miami and Pinto leach units. Details of the Pinto Valley SxEw operation is detailed in a separate asset profile.
