Mt Garnet zinc mine
Report summary
The accompanying analysis considers the restart of the Mt Garnet concentrator which consists of polymetallic (500kt/a) and copper (500kt/a) circuits. The operation which included the Mt Garnet concentrator, the nearby Mt Garnet mine, the Balcooma-Surveyor Mine, along with various other projects and mining tenements, plant and equipment are owned by Consolidated Tin Limited. The company entered into voluntary administration in July 2016 and placed the Mt Garnet operation on care and maintenance. The operation subsequently restarted in July 2017.
