The North Bullfrog project is planned as an open pit operation utilising conventional drill, blast and haul mining methods. Higher grade material will be processed by a 3kt/d mill, comprising a carbon-in-leach (CIL) circuit with life of mine (LOM) gold and silver recoveries of 87% and 74% respectively. Lower grade material will be processed by heap leaching with LOM gold and silver recoveries of 74% and 6% respectively. Ore will be processed through the mill for 6 years until 2027. Heap leaching is expected to continue until 2031, followed by an additional three years of residual leaching.
