Report summary

Rosebery is an underground polymetallic mine located in the Mount Read volcanic Arc of Western Tasmania, some 50km NE of Strahan.  Mining of the deposit has been continuous since 1936. The mine has sufficient reserves to last until 2021. MMG Ltd has estimated that Rosebery's production will range between 18,000 and 25,000t of lead in concentrate, and 65,000 and 72,000t of zinc in concentrate in 2017. C1 costs are expected to range between US$0.25-US$0.35/lb Zn (normal basis) after averaging $0.12/lb Zn in 2016.
