Shandong Xiangguang copper smelter
Report summary
The Smelter is located south of Shifo town in Yanggu County in Shandong province. It has a private rail line which connects to the Beijing-Kowloon railway which is a major freight line. The smelter technology is Flash and its capacity is 1.7Mt/a conc (498kt/a anodes). Wood Mackenzie’s asset reports are built from the bottom up, incorporating a number of granular data metrics to ultimately produce our industry standard cash operating costs. This report contains a detailed asset note giving you a holistic view of the asset, including an operational overview through to a timeline of events from inception to now.
