West Whundo copper mine project
Report summary
The West Whundo project is located in the West Pilbara region of Western Australia, around 50km by road south of city of Karratha. West Whundo is on a fully approved mining lease and is located only 7km from Artemis fully owned Radio Hill Processing Plant. The main target orebodies of this project are the Ayshia zinc deposit, Whundo copper/zinc deposit and the West Whundo copper/zinc deposit. The Yannery, Shelby, Austin, Conquest, Bertram and Sunchaser electromagnetic anomalies are being evaluated. The deposits are comprised of volcanogenic massive sulphide mineralisation, as both sulphide and oxide ore.
