Report summary
Westwood is an underground operation that uses cut-and-fill mining methods. The property is located 2.5km from IAMGOLD's now-closed Doyon mine (40km east of Rouyn-Noranda and 80km west of Valdor, southwestern Quebec). Since the closure of Doyon in 2011, Westwood has utilised the mill facilities following refurbishment. The mine achieved commercial production in July 2014 and in December 2015, the mine plan was revised and mine life was re-estimated at 20 years. T
