In spite of increased 2013 propane production, US inventories are seriously depleted, particularly in the Mid-Continent. Prices reached the historic 71% of WTI level we forecast in our December report in mid January, and now exceed crude prices in many locations. Why do these situations occur, how could they affect the future for domestic demand, and what's next for propane this year?
